pathetic service

I have not received my orders, this is the 2nd time that the courier that woolworths is using refuse to deliver my package according to my request, i never had any hassles when woolworths was using DSV couriers my parcels were delivered. i received a call from the driver on friday claiming that he will not deliver my parcels because they will get lost i will receive a call from woolworths to re arrange deliver. thus far no one has contacted me.
