Pathetic service

Woolworths West Street most unprofessional staff. I have an account for many years which I have paid in full. My card was ****** and I tried to get another to purchase in store. I have been to the store numerous of times and still couldn't get any sort of help, they only give me a number that puts me on hold for hours which eats my airtime. I went to the store even today and I got the same story. So what do I do in this situation? They refuse to call from the store or give me a new card. The customer service is pathetic really.
