Pathetic service

<p>Ordered a gift parcel to be delivered on Friday night for my nephew and only half was delivered with no apology or notification from woolworths as they state they will on their order form. I phoned them on Saturday and they promised me it would be delivered that day but it wasn't, (they also phoned my Sister in law saying it was on its way on saturday.) once again with no notification that it didnt get delivered. This was for my 9 year old nephews Birthday. Very disappointed in Woolworths your service is atrocious.</p>
