Pathetic Service

My Woolworths card which I have had for many years and is in credit and was worn and split from old age. I went to Cresta to order a new card and they refused to enter assist unless I could produce an I.D. Book. as my ID book was in the car and I didn't want to walk all the ay back to the car park, I offered my Drivers License. I as told that this was unacceptable. A drivers license is accepted as proof of ID on all airlines domestic and international, but not at Woolworths........Totally unacceptable
