Pathetic Service

I'm so lost for words how I trust woolworths with awesome service but what happened today is definitely not awesome service but pathetic went to woolies to get my swim wear when I get to the store wow they have 50% a save for me only to find out this was going to be the worst experience ever with woolies more than 4 items on 50% hanger with other swim wear that I also discounted I fall in love with this grey swim wear with a black sarong only to find that the swim wear was not on sale but Is kept with the discounted items when we get to the cashier Prscilla Makgaritsi then she tells swim wear is not on sale then call Nxumisa oh she gives us attitude saying that she is going there to check if what we are saying is true guess what she comes back with more than 4 swim suits and tells us they are not on sale and nothing can be done after 20min of waiting by the way, was it my problem that the item was kept with the discounted ones no and not 1 item but 4 of the same items I always use cash with woolies and use more than 1000 every month but after what happened today i'm not going to use the money that I work hard for to get such service and by I am certainly sure this is not on NCR
