Pathetic service

Two weeks ago my wife purchased grilled chicken from woolworths Chatsworth. My wife and kids had already consumed much of it before I found multiple worms in it. I returned the chicken, I had been advised that I would be contacted with feedback. I later logged another complaint on their website due to my kids and wife getting ill. They have still not contacted me with what the organisms were and what the risks are. Very poor customer service and a lack of urgency for a group that advertise healthy food.
