Pathetic service

I was out of country during the month of november and forgot to pay the R70 owed on my account to woolworths. While I am aware i was in arrears with the account for the 1st time ever if I must add. I promised to pay the amt by yday and I went into a store yday to pay the account and purchase on the account. I found that my account was blocked and no purchases could be made. This was for a 30day arrear amount of R70! Pathetic service!!! You will notice that I have settled the complete outstanding balance and will be closing this account due to the pathetic service. <br> This incident has left me with nothing but a bitter taste towards the store and I can assure you that I will never purchase at any woolies again!
