PATHETIC SERVICE

My daughters received a gift from a family friend however the dress was too small I went to exchange it and was blatantly declined according to the consulting making her own rules coz there is a stain on it ,I referred the matter to the than store manager and the item won't be refunded or exchanged this is the pathetic service of Woolworths Promenade u really need to learn some customer service. Creating your own rules and Acts I wonder if the Ncr or ombudsman knows how you treat your customers Give me a call when see this.
