Pathetic service

I app**** for a limit increase on Wednesday to date I am still awaiting for feedback. I keep getting messages to submit my docs which was submitted on Wednesday and even got confirmation that it was received. every 1 that you speak to tells u to wait 24 to 48 hours. then I get a call this morning telling me that they received my documents only today therefore I will need to wait until tomorrow or so for feedback. what pathetic service.
