Pathetic Service

I would like to address the disgusting service my family and I experienced at the Kromboom store. <br> <br> Last week Sunday(8/11/2015) I called the store to ask if they are able to keep me 2 chickens aside. I was informed that they dont do orders. I accepted that.<br> <br> Yesterday I got to the store and wanted to purchase chicken. On the grill there was chicken, I was then informed that those were purchased already and those people already paid for it. So I wasnt able to purchase chicken immediately.I dont understand that double standards<br> <br> I then addressed the issue with a manager by the name of Celeste and she informed me that last week was a promotion and that they are not allowed to keep promotional items. She also had this disgusting attitude. I am disgusted in the service and the blatant double standards that are being shown at the store.This is PATHETIC for a store on woolworths level to perform in this manner.<br> <br> I would like this address immediately or will be taking this up with the CEO. Im sure Zyda Rylands will take this matter seriously.I also need proof that Celeste is correctly reprimanded for her disgusting actions.
