Pathetic service

My Woolworths account was handed over to Blake and Assc for collection , I subsequently paid off the account and received a paid up letter in November 2016 but only to find that the account is reflecting on my credit report in 2018 This is highly frustrating as I have paid this account Surely They could have removed this , they have had ample time to do so
