Pathetic service

Absolutely disappointing. We placed and online order with Woolworths and it is now the 27 of December and have still not received our order. The delivery company came twice with the wrong order. Extremly disappointing for such an organization to be operating so unprofessionally. What is the point of having a delivery service when you can not get it right.
