Pathetic service

I am sick and tired of the kind of service we get from Woolworths in our locations. It's not the same kind of service that I get when I am in Sandton, Cresta or any other suburban Woolworths service. Maponya mall and Jabulani are the closest to where I live and their services is very poor. You'll find out of 7 tills only 2 or 3 cashiers are operating on month which also consists of the instore specials. What do you call that?? It's the same story every month..."our cashiers are on lunch"...why don't we see that in Sandton?
