Pathetic service

I returned products at plattekloof woolworths and I paid with a debit card. They insisted it be put back on my card and the more I insisted it was a debit card they refused and put it on my debit card. This was my daughter's formula money and today it's still not paid back. Financially this has inconvenienced me because I had yo make other arrangements. You cannot take peoples money and then tell them it takes 7 days when it's a debit card. I'm so disgusted because no one is sorting it out and what might seem like a little to some is alot to others. You cannot do this to people
