Pathetic Service

I have had a account for a year and am an excellent payer. I have never received a card. I bought clothes at Randridge Mall branch a few months ago and I gave the teller my drivers to pay as usual and she gave me a 'card' said I can purchase items with that in the future. 2 wks ago i bought food at Town Square branch, gave them my 'card' and was told its a rewards card and i cant buy on account with it so i gave my drivers and the manager said they don't allow it so me and the manager went to back of store so she could confirm i have an account she called and confirmed it and requested my card be delivered to this branch within 7 days. Knowing I had an account and card will be delivered in 7 days she still would not let me buy on account. Her attitude was not one of a manager and I cant understand how she is in that position. 2 weeks later (1 year and 2 weeks) later I still sit without a card!!
