Pathetic service

Pathetic service and a terrible attitude. I got Woolworths Ferndale on Republic on Thursday the 2nd of April at 19h35. I ordered dirty chai and was told I can’t have it . I asked why and got a stinking attitude from the lady saying they have to clean the machine 30 minutes before the shop closes. There is no notice written to tell customers that they can’t sell coffee 30 minutes before the shop closes. I bought coffee at Sandton Woolworths at about 19h45 and I wasn’t told the Ferndale on Republic story. Can Woolworths SA please treat all customers the same
