Pathetic online support!!!

unbelievable.

I tried to order clothes on sale online. I tried 40 times to update my address, a full 40 times. As soon as you go to the right to take the arrow to go down, it deletes everything. I phone the call centre, cannot pick up my profile at all on my email or id nr. I have had a profile forever and has been a customer for years. PATHETIC!!!! i will just not order online. Get your systems right, its unacceptable for such a huge retail store to be so bad at online purchases!!
