Pathetic online site

Woolworth Online website is really pathetic. It never works the first time when trying to pay. It jumps to a page with no further options while collection instructions or it bombs out completely or payment fails halfway through the process. It takes at least 10 attempts on different computers with different browsers to actually complete payment. There is no clear pattern. A total waste of time.
