Pathetic online shopping offering

I bought two tops from Country Road on 9 December, but only received one on the 15th of December. I had to phone the Call Centre daily for 4 consecutive days to finally be told the item is out of stock and will be refunded. One week later I still don’t have my money back. Can’t even email then as their shop@woolworths online query inbox is a big black hole - NEVER get a response. I have also had NUMEROUS issues with their online food delivery. Definitely shifting all my business to PnP and Superbalist
