Pathetic online shopping - avoid Woolworths

Woolworths need to up their game if they want to capture a larger piece of the online shopping market. Last week my order was delivered the day after I had booked for, at 8pm. I received foul smelling chicken and they overcharged me on the 1kg mince. I have been struggling for almost a week now to get my refund after driving to their store to return their rotten chicken. They just copy and paste the same response on Twitter with no further action.
