Pathetic online shopping

I placed an order online, order #o***. My order was delivered on 6 July as scheduled. Due to contactless delivery my helper could not check the order delivered against what was ordered. I realized that my 4 x 6 pack 1L full cream long life milk was not delivered. I emailed Woolworths online immediately and I’ve emailed several times thereafter with absolutely no response. I’ve called several times and finally got through on Friday. I spoke to Sisipho who promised to advise the store that fulfilled my order. To date I’ve had no response.
