Pathetic Online Service - Quick to Take R's But Slow to Deliver!!!!

Every single time I order online my delivery is always way outside of the delivery time period. And when I complain online I get a ridiculous email - all hot air and nothing improves. Here I am again - waiting for a delivery. Seriously? What is the point of shopping online if Woolworths cannot get its act together delivering the order? It took more than five minutes for the call centre to answer my call, and now I am on hold while someone "tries" to locate my order. And now another five minutes has passed! Seriously - Woolworths!
