Pathetic online service.

Placed an online order on the Monday. R2000+ was deducted almost immediately and delivery was due on the Thursday afternoon up to 5.00pm. Now 5.43pm. Nothing. Tried calling customer service at 5.14pm. Switchboard was closed despite them saying it would be closed from 5.30pm. Pathetic and I note that they not answer any complaints on Hello Peter.
