Pathetic online service

I bought a pair of Birkenstock sandals online only to receive a pair which I didn't order have made numerous fone calls and sent emails to them and they refuse to give me what I have ordered due to the price was advertised incorrectly highly incompatant staff working with queries who clearly have no idea what customer service is all about!!
