Pathetic online service

I'm so flabbergasted with woolies service after countless back and fourth conversations with their consultants upto date my account has not been credited with a order I placed on the 22nd of December 2021. I'm told I need to speak to my bank and my bank isn't picking an credit from woolies I want My account credited ASAP!!
