Order #*** I placed a chicken order online on Saturday that was priced as R395.92 for 6 birds.As they were preparing me the order they sent a notification that my order was being processed surprisingly I only got 4 chickens that was unexpected as they had communicated about the order leaving the out of stock part.My problem comes now when they say I will get a refund 7 to 14 days according to their 21 day policy whatever.I then said unfortunately I will not be able to wait for that since you guys are in stock just send my chickens to my location they are now telling me stories like you can place another order while waiting for refund.Do you realize why I had ordered that because it was a bargain for me now I have to order with a different price like really.Why did they proceed with the order while they knew it was short.Woolies I want my chickens aseblief stop selling out of stock products and leaving people with no choice.
