Pathetic online process.

Ordered pj's this morning with express delivery for tomorrow so that it's in time for mothers day. Ordered the pj's that were in stock and the sizes as well. Ordered dit early this morning order went through made payment Nas everything only for a damn email to be sent now saying the item is out of stock. What the hell? How do u have sizes available on the website then after the order is placed send a email at 7.48pm saying my order is processed and the other item is out of stock. ****ty service, used online for convenience but now I have to deal with this **** and a mother's day gift short, don't know if it's because I used my voucher and the items were on sale that it all of a sudden got canceled. Will never order online again if this is the **** one has to deal with. I would like my R100 voucher back, my refund of the portion paid and a set of pj's in time for mothers day since this is the companies fault for false advertising something thats in stock when it clearly isn't or the staff took what was in stock.
