Pathetic Online customer service

<p>My items were scheduled for delivery yesterday as a gift but nothing was deliverred. I ordered 5 items and received an email stating that only 2 items will be delivered(yesterday). No communication as to when the other items will be delivered. I tried calling their online call centre but I had to wait 30 minutes to get through to someone who could not even assist me These items were suppose to be a gift. I will never recommend your online service to anyone</p>
