Pathetic management

We would to bring to your attention the general poor management of the Durbanville Square branch of Woolworths.

On Sunday the 6th of April 2025, we wanted to buy 2 roasted chickens as we often have done by other branches of Woolworths.

At around 11H45, by the rotisserie counter, we were advised that the chickens were not cooked yet and that it will still take half an hour to be ready.

Half an hour later, we came back to be stuck in a long queue of at least 30 customers waiting for their roasted chickens.

Nevertheless, we stood in the queue despite the waste of time, and eventually after another 35 mins we got our 2 chickens.

When we ate them that same lunchtime, we found them undercooked and frankly not what we experienced previously.
