Pathetic insurance claim

I got retrenched last year and I submitted all my documents. on the 5th of November 2020 they approved my claim. But still their lawyers Fusion kept on calling me sent me emails and smses telling me that I must pay my installment. When I asked woolworths if I can settle the amount of R299 X6 installment. They told me that that's not the amount I'm owing they sent me another email on the 29th of R9500. So I'm asking my self how come they sent me a proof of the insurance claim that was approved. and now all of sudden is not paid up and is not even approved.
