Pathetic disgusting service

I am deeply annoyed and angry at woolworths financial services personal loan section.i took out a loan last month and as per the call with tbe agent it was explained been the loan amount term and repayment amount.to my utter disgust i was debited with the first instalment been almost triple the repsyment smount .i spoke to firdous and she had a very vague reasoning of this been the first instslment and interest of over 1300 rand on a loan of R12 200 over 48 months.i am a long standing client and have had previuos loans before and never such pathetic and ********* behaviuor as such.this was not what i had agreed to and am so sorry i ever took out this loan.pathetic service for such an well known organisation
