Pathetic delivery and old fruit

I ordered food via Woolies Dash. Order Number: Date of Order: Date of Invoice: Delivery Date. They exchanged the strawberry lactose free yoghurt I bought with 4 vanilla lactose free yoghurts but on the invoice I was charged for 6 @ R43.47. The strawberries that were chosen look old and wrinkled, threw them in the bin. To make matters worse the delivery guy knocked at the door and as I was opening it he threw my groceries on the floor at the door, he didn't even wait for me to take the packets or to open the burglar door. I had to pick the stuff up from the floor
