Pathetic Customer Service YET AGAIN

I just returned from Woolworths in cavendish, where I specifically went to purchase a pair of shoes from Witchery. I approached one of the ladies in the department and asked her to keep a pair in my size aside, as I went off to run errands. 30min later, I arrived back to the store to collect and pay for the item, I stood and waited to be assisted. But the other assistant on duty blatantly ignored me. I then turned to her and asked her if she could assist and she responded by saying “the lady who assisted you is not here” and carried on unpacking the accessories into the counter.

What I couldn’t fathom was that she too was an ambassador for that particular brand, but yet she couldn’t assist me???? The same thing happened to me two weeks ago, after various failed attempts to obtain any form of help, Which led me to contact the buyer for the brand.

Surely the staff goes through rigorous training to ensure that customers are left satisfied, which in return increases the customer persistency rate???? I am truly appalled by these experiences, I’m not sure why I even bother going to Woolworths anymore. That is definitely the last time I purchase from any Woolworths store!!!!!!!!!
