Pathetic customer service with no reasons given

Offered me to apply for a credit card and i took up the offer and wasnt even informed it was declined. When i enquired with customer care, they cannot help and cut my call. Take your damn offers and keep it, even better close my store account coz we dont need your 'pathetic quality service and goods'
