Pathetic customer service-never use their online shopping

WOOLWORTHS SA has the worst online shopping, I ordered items online and for the past three days they have told me it is out on delivery, I ensured that someone is at home until 8pm every day to receive the order, yesterday they said a part delivery was received, I got home only to open the package and find it was items I didn’t order (kids shoes) I called the call centre numerous times and they keep saying they will call me back with an answer as to what happened to my order and no one returns my call. Woolies is the epitome of pathetic service. I’m still waiting for my goods that I have paid for and no one can tell me where they are and when I will receive them. Never use their online shopping!!!
