Pathetic customer service at woolies food

Good day woolworths foods

Today i went to the woolies food opposite Christiaan Barnaard Hospital my cashier was so unfriendly it looked like she didn't even want to be there. Didn't bother to ask for my rewards card. I then handed her my phone which "she said SCAN' i then assumed she was saying scan yourself, which is strange as the scanner is literally infront of her.

I don't know if she was disgusted or just being rude. She didn't bother to tell me the total either.

No greeting, no friendliness. Made me think i was at shoprite as that kind of service is prominent there.

The same cashier on Wednesday assisted me only, she wad having a conversation with the lady next to her, the only thing she (Ru***a) asked me was "plastic"

Its really upseting to get such poor customer service. And I can see its a norm, the staff on the floor are way nicer to customers than the cashier's.
