Pathetic Customer Service at the Centurion Branch

We are regulars at the Wooloworths Cafe, visiting the place 2-3 times a week and have always experiences great customer service and food when Jacque was managing the place... Upon his departure,the service has continued to decline...i am muslim and ordered a tuna wrap last week,i was greeted with a tuna wrap that had a chicken bone in it! I was appalled as this is blatant food contamination and the preparartion of food has gone against my religious restrictions. I write this review as i sit for breakfast here once again,its been a 25minute waiting period on christmas day with the cafe still being quiet! I order just a side order of corn and cheese waffle,they bring me the whole shabang topped with bacon!!! I am absolutely seething! And the coffee is ice cold! U have lost a regular customer Woolworths Centurion Mall!!!! I will much rather drive all the way to sandton as they have competent people working there and ive never had to deal with this kind of nonsense!
