Pathetic Customer Service

Woolworths Customer Services are absolutely pathetic, I have logged 2 complaints in the last 2 weeks without any response at all.

I logged a compliant about clothing size issues, as clothing from the same brands are not the same size. Both shirts ordered from the same brand are XL but the one shirt however is about 3 times bigger than the actual XL. The same thing happened with underwear ordered. It is also impossible to accurately get the sizes online as all the size guide measurements on everything is exactly the same. Both shirts ordered had the same size guide measurements but are not the same size at all.

The other issue is you also don't get a Reference number when logging a complaint so theirs no way you can actually follow up on your query.

It seems Woolworths doesn't care about their clients at all, so maybe it's time I close both my Clothing and Credit Card account I have at Woolworths.
