Pathetic customer service

My wife has app**** for a woolworths store card 2 months ago and still no response from Woolworths only sms comes through to use the card but never got the card ,you can never get through to the customer service centre and check if the card has been in *****ulent activity as they never reply to emails or call you back,absolutely pathetic service from such a huge brand, if the card has been in *****ulent activity i will hold woolworths responsible.
