Pathetic Customer Service

I wanted to exchange my suit due to the colour fading. I was so rudely treat by the manager. The level of unprofessionalism is shocking. I am a loyal customer of Woolworths. I don't want to hear anything about policies and rules. I am a client of yours! I suggest you rectify this issue soonest. I also want a new suit delivered to my residential address. I await a call from management.
