Pathetic Customer Service

Absolutely shocking customer service from this retailer. Paid R2000.00 via EFT towards my monthly instalment on the 21st of February 2024, To this day they cant find it (I have been paying via EFT for over a year without any issues). I have spoken to 4 different agents all promising to escalate the matter to their finance team (which I cant speak to directly) and get back to me. I'm still waiting, it's been 2 weeks since the last call. I was asked to email my proof of payment ***, they could locate the payment. I then sent a 3 months Bank statement to the same email address and still silence. This is absolutely appalling.
