Pathetic Credit Card Serviced

Pathetic customer service.

I have tried for 2 days to get hold of them now to replace a card. They don't respond to emails nor man the phone lines as after 15minutes of holding the line drops. However, if you phone new applications, they can answer your call in 10 seconds then transfer you to the non-manned phones where again after 15 minutes the call get dropped.
