PATHETIC CLIENT CARE SERVICES

I don’t even want to give them a star Their client care service is PATHETIC! I have been calling their customer care line for a week! But every time they answer the call the network is a problem. No one calls back! I received my card when opening my account and since I got my card IT DOES NOT WORK. I cannot even order online! I am fed up with this pathetic service !!!!
