Pathetic bunch of clueless idiots

<p>So I have been trying to settle an issue regarding a woolworths account that is free with MBD credit solutions. This issue is ingoing since october 2016.. I call mbdcs and am told that I owe cash..I then have to proceed to prove over again that I owe nothing..after doing so i am told they are sorry and that the matter should be settled in 2 weeks. I continue to call mbdcs evry week and its the same..i owe then i have to prove im right and back to sqyare one.. mdbcs customer service (sandra) is always not available. I keep receiving messages saying i owe more money.. its beyond frustrating..try to get woolworths to assist is also useless. There has to be some legal action i can take to resolve this or to st least get someone from mbd or woolworths to call me with clarification </p>
