Pathetic

Woolworths online is a ridiculous **** from Woolworths. They take my money after entering my address and then I get a call from a shop in Roodepoort telling me they received my order. I have called the call centre numerous times and still haven’t received my refund from them that they took on the 25th of November!!!Customer service is the worst lot to deal with!!! They just don’t go de any solution and just don’t care!!!! I am supporting other stores now that take pride in what they do!!!
