Pathetic

Ordered things online between the 8/9 December, and it was confirmed that they will be delivered today between 9-5, I took a day off from work waiting for the clothes and no delivery was made. Tried to call the customer service to check what's going on the lady was also clueless, gave her the order number and hung up on me....like this is so frustrating it's been a week already with no communication of what's happening with the clothes.
