Pathetic

I went to Woolworths in Cresta toreplace my woolworths card which is now very old. They refused point blank to replace the card unless I had an I.D. book with me. They refused to accept my drivers licence as I.D. which even the airlines accept. I will not be giving my business to Woolworths in future
