pathetic

Am so disappointing, last week Wednesday went to Woolworth Canterbury and they didn't have stock for the 2 kg aerial washing soap ,I asked Neo the manager that was in shift to pay for it and will collect it when they have it in stock she REFUSED promised to call when they have stock ....SHE DIDN'T and today I went again she told me tough luck I must pay the price the normal price SHE WAS UNFRIENDLY FROM DAY ONE EVEN TODAY VERY RUDE WOOLWORTH'S SOMEONE LIKE HER ESPECIAL BEING A MANAGER.
