Pathetic

When I find a foreign object in a loaf of bread bought at Woolworths.....and two months after my initial complaint (with a photograph supp****), their customer service department has not had the decency to contact me

A follow up was sent about this a month ago

Pathetic service - Finding foreign objections in a food item is a health risk. No one at Woolworths gives a damn
