Parcels ****** by Woollies and Skynet

My fragile items were supposed to be delivered on 31 March and Woolworths updated their app saying they've been delivered which is a lie. They have left Ram and now have partnered with a bogus courier company called Skynet with pathetic reviews online. My parcel is now missing and Woolworths says they can't do anything until Skynet responds although we can all use our common sense and see that the reviews online clearly show that Skynet *****s peoples parcels. I want my money back!
